Restaurant Beacon is operated by Custom Prints Inc. This policy covers our website, HOSTESS AI demonstration requests, support requests, and optional demo SMS program.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we collect your name, email, optional business name, phone number if provided, and any support message you enter. We store the submission time, SMS consent selection, consent wording, and form source. Our hosting service may retain ordinary access logs, including IP addresses and request information. Do not enter payment card information or other sensitive information in our forms.

How we use it

We use your details to manage and respond to your demo or support request, maintain the website, and document consent and opt-outs. If you separately choose SMS, your number may be used for requested demonstration links and simulated order updates once the demo messaging program is activated. A phone number or form submission alone does not authorize texts. The signup form currently saves your request; it does not send a text automatically.

Mobile information and sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for purposes unrelated to delivering this program. Providers supporting hosting and message delivery may process the information needed to perform those services on our behalf. We may disclose information where legally required; this does not authorize marketing use.

Storage and your choices

Form records are stored on our server with restricted access. We keep them as needed to respond to requests, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently set. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our support form. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or meet applicable obligations.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also use the support form to withdraw consent before messaging begins.

Video and checkout demo

The homepage demonstration video is hosted on our website. Viewing it does not load a YouTube player. The sample checkout does not collect payment information or process a real payment. Its simulated notification selection stays in page memory and does not enroll a phone number.
