SMS Terms & Conditions

Restaurant Beacon / HOSTESS AI Demo is operated by Custom Prints Inc. The optional SMS program provides requested demonstration links and simulated order updates. It does not process real restaurant orders or payments, and it is not a promotional text subscription.

Enrollment and program status

To request demo texts, enter your own phone number, select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our signup form, and submit. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You can request a demonstration without SMS enrollment. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS activation and registration are pending. Website submission records your choice but does not automatically send a text. The following messaging terms apply when the program is activated.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your demo requests. Enrollment confirmations, help responses, and opt-out confirmations may also be sent. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Restaurant Beacon does not charge a separate subscription fee for this demo SMS program.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. An opt-out confirmation may be sent, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or submit a request through Restaurant Beacon support. Before activation, use the support form to change or withdraw your recorded consent.

Delivery and permitted use

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Provide a number you control and notify us if it changes. Demo order numbers, prices, readiness notices, and payment states are illustrative; no food, pickup, or payment is required.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention, and mobile-data protections. These terms apply to the Restaurant Beacon demo program; they do not enroll you in a separate restaurant's messaging program.
